Performance Tracking

Community Impact’s approach to neighborhood transformation focuses on implementing interventions to achieve multiple outcomes.  These outcomes are the foundation for a performance tracking system to assess the progress of the work and the effectiveness of Community Impact program execution.  Annual assessments provide the knowledge base for Community Impact to produce progress reports and to develop program plans that will achieve desired results in the coming year.
